Two production rooms
The product is formulated according to customer’s specifications, ensuring its quality, and goes through rigorous physico-chemical and bacteriological controls.
We produce all kind of products in aerosol (foams, gels, liquids, powders, emulsions, etc.).
We are equipped with two production rooms :
- White room intended in exclusivity for cosmetics:
- Water treatment plant with inverse osmosis technology, electro deionization and UV lamps
- Two weighting zones
- Two hot reactors with a capacity of 1,000 / 3,000 l
- Two cold reactors with a capacity of 2,000 / 3,000 l
- Production area for antiperspirants
- Three vacuum reactors with a capacity of 400 l.
- A room for non-cosmetic products:
- A weighting zone
- Two hot reactors with a capacity of 1,000 / 2,500 l
- A cold reactor with a capacity of 1,000 l

Filling
Seven fully automatic filling lines with a capacity for over 75 million aerosols per year.
Every filling in our lines guarantees compliance with the European Aerosol Dispensers Directive. All aerosols are weighted unitarily and go through a bath at 50°C to ensure their safety.
We have seven fully automatic filling lines with a capacity of more than 75 million aerosols per year, which can be adapted to all kinds of formats and products allowing great flexibility and versatility. Three of these lines are prepared for filling with the B.O.V. system.
We have a very wide range of propellant gases: propane, butane, isobutane, DME, air, CO2, N2, N-Pentane, Isopentane-butane mixture.
Shrink-wrapping the product at the filling line is also possible in every filling line.
